Setting up Pricing

T-Six is extremely powerful in that it allows you to setup the way it prices using a multitude of methods and combinations that allow you to configure T-Six to price the way you need it for your shop.

On the surface it can be overwhelming trying to understand what does what and how it affects the end price per item but once you understand the concepts, you will realize just how powerful T-Six is and how easy it is to use.

The basic concept is T-Six takes the "Base Price to Customer" value in the garment catalog for a garment as the starting point. It then looks at the values you have set in a matrix and calculates the "Price Each" based on quantities and decorating specifications. We will go into this in greater detail in other sections of this user guide.

For those who have never used a Matrix for pricing and do not understand how to come up with the pricing values, you may want to use our free SERC to assist you in understanding the Matrix and developing you pricing based on your shop and production rates.

The one thing to keep in mind is decide if you aree going to use Markup or Margin and then stick with that everywhere in the program.
